Invited frequently to give keynote conference presentations on topics related to events management, sustainable tourism and employability skills (India, Sri Lanka, Russia, Cyprus, Taiwan, Philippines, Malaysia and Indonesia). An international expert on how students can develop their employability skills and how employability skills development can be integrated into the curriculum. Author of textbooks on events management, sustainable tourism; and employability skills.
